Following on from AWTG’s highly successful Benchmarking measurements in Central London to evaluate the current real customer experience of voice and data services of the UK Mobile Network Operators in 2012, AWTG re-visited the area and conducted more tests covering multiple technologies (3G, 4G and WiFi). These new series of measurements examine the user experience between different technologies.
