AWTG, the world leader in 5G application development, is looking for an Account and Admin Assistant to join its Headquarters in the UK. We are looking for a goal oriented and driven account and admin assistant who is dedicated to the job and looking to join a successful and fast-growing technology company. The ideal candidate must have the following competencies:
Accounting background or studying towards accounting qualification
Computer skills with MS office packages
Good Knowledge of Quick Books is an advantage
Experience in HR & Admin will be an added advantage but not compulsory

The ideal candidate is expected to carry out the following tasks:
Assist with preparation and coordination of the accounts & audit process
Carrying out accounting reconciliations
Responsible for receivables & payables
Assist with payroll administration
Work closely with Finance Manager for day to day accounting requirements
Processing payments
Responsible for general office administration duties
Carrying out HR duties
Maintaining internal procedures and manuals
Organising company events and meetings
Assisting the CEO with other respective administration tasks
